Dr. Miller graduated from Clark University and earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center.
Dr. Miller works with children, adolescents and adults to help them cope with their learning and emotional difficulties so that they can thrive in the academic setting. She is also skilled at navigating the school system from her years of research and clinical experience in these settings. Dr. Miller has an extensive background conducting neuropsychological evaluations for individuals with mild to severe cognitive and emotional difficulties, and then utilizing that information to create school and occupational recommendations. She also supervises doctoral level graduate students at Rutgers University in psychological testing. To ensure that individuals and their families feel more confident about their academic performance, Dr. Miller continuously collaborates with them to create and monitor plans that support their individual needs.
